TABLE RUNNER "QUETZAL" - AURA MAYA - Forest green table runner, handwoven table linen, unique Mayan art

The handcrafted table runner "Quetzal" is as colorful as Guatemala's national bird, the quetzal! This striped table linen (which may also be used as a bed runner or sofa decoration) comes in a variety of color combinations and is artisanally crafted from fine quality alemán yarn with a delicate gloss. Dress up your living room furniture in a unique way!

Table Runner Quetzal is handcrafted homeware that is obtained directly and produced in small batches. Micaela Sacach, a traditional weaver from the small Kaqchikel town of San Marcos La Laguna in Guatemala and one of the older sisters of the inventor of AURA MAYA, hand weaves every single thread on an ancestral backstrap loom.

We are honored to continue our indigenous Mayan community's craft traditions.
Weaving is a tradition in our family. It's ingrained in our Mayan culture.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind AURA MAYA artwork!
